COMYA is an independent strategic advisory firm founded in 2018 by Alexandre Benalla in Geneva. The firm is personally led by its founder, who works with a permanent team based in Geneva and a curated network of external consultants - former officials, regional experts, intelligence analysts, cyber specialists and lawyers - selected for each engagement according to its specific requirements.
This boutique model is deliberate: every mandate is overseen directly by the founder, briefed on its sensitivity, and supported by the consultants whose competence matches the geography and the question at stake. We do not promise headcount; we deliver judgment.
Client confidentiality is non-negotiable. Mandates are not advertised, references are shared only with explicit consent.
Every assessment is documented, sourced and reviewed. Methodology is explicit, uncertainty is signalled.
